Yellow lines need repainting

Outside number 170 Bedminster Down Road, a trench has been dug into the carriageway and then subsequently filled in and the road resurfaced. The double yellow lines were not repainted on the new bit of road surface though. As I understand it, this makes the entire length of the parking restriction unenforceable due to the lines not being terminated in accordance with the diagram in the highway code.
