Missing rubbish bin

Someone has taken away the rubbish bin that gets frequent use next to this bus stop which helps keep the streets clean in this area. Please could it be replaced, and perhaps with a concreted-in bin instead of a screwed-down bin which the local kids enjoy kicking regularly.
