No61 The Paddocks, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 8NE. Hello. The concrete edging to the public footpath outside, to my front elevation boundary is excessively protruding where it appears to have heaved? causing a trip hazard for which has already caused myself, family members and others i.e. visiting, deliverying etc to trip. There are no visiable factors why this has occured which has been present since we moved into the property November 2008. A recent trip causing injury has prompted this request, action requirement. Could you please arrange for this concrete edging and associated footpath tarmac to be promptly rectified as I am concerned the next incident caused by this may result in further action i.e. Postman undertaking his duties, round etc. Thanking you in advance. John Wyer.
