Untidy business

William Hill do not provide smoking facilities for their customers and so they throw cigarette butts around the area, especially in the raised flowerbeds. Customers also throw empty alcohol bottles and cans into the flowerbeds. Can anything be done to make William Hill more responsible for the area around their business premises and for the resulating litter?
