Badly sequenced lights

The lights here regularly catch out drivers who go past one set, only to stop at the next when they shouldn't. The traffic from Rochester Row can't then turn left into Vauxhall Bridge Road and Road Rage regularly ensues. Furthermore, from my office window we have seen no less than four accidents in the past year at these lights. On one occasion a man was hit by a motor cycle and we were told he died. Fender - benders are a normal weekly occurrence.
