Missing manhole cover

On pavement outside 153/155 Pikeman Road. The water mains stop cock hatch cover has been missing for a while. A piece of ply board had been used to cover this up but this is now broken. There are many elderly residents in this street - a trip or fall into this could be nasty for one of them.

A new piece of ply board has been placed over the hole along with a traffic cone. This happened only 2 days after the original report and the cone has stayed there so far!
