Terrible road surface in Ethel Avenue

This surface has now degenerated to a terrbile state. several ajoining roads have been resufaced and we have not. HGV lorries reverse down this road on a daily basis to deliver to the local school. This is a quiet cul de sac which has been completely ignored when it come to the residents cars. several have sustained damage as a result of the potholes and whenever it rains it it extremely dangerous Small repairs keep breaking down within days of being undertaken. please help
