Abandoned Vehicle

There is an abondoned vehicle next to Oswals House on Rhyddings Street, it is a green Ford Mondeo with reg P383BPH. It has been there for at least a fortnight and doesnt appear to have road tax. It looks a mess and is covered in dirt. Please can this be looked at. Also, this isnt first abandoned vehicle to be left there, please could the council look at putting in a metal bollard in the gap where the vehicle is until something is done with Oswald House to prevent further abandoned vehicles.
