Dangerous part filled pothole

This pothole has been getting progressively worse over the last few months. At las some tarmac has been used to part fill it. It is, however, still dangerous causing cars to swerve and steering to be affected. I have witnessed some near misses here.

i have had no contact and the road is still causing cars to either affect steering or people having to steer round. If there was planned work at least notification would be polite!
