Blocked gulley

This street has Cambridge's distinctive open/uncovered gulleys. Outside the Emmanuel United Reform Church, where there's one of several short covered sections (to allow vehicular access across), the gulley is blocked within the enclosed section. This is causing the flowing drain-water to flood/flow over the pavement to rejoin the gulley after the obstruction. This is greatly reducing the usable width of the pavement.
