Shop hoarding and displays blocking pavement

The shop at 316 Streatham High Rd always leaves its external pavement display stands out when the shop is closed. This can be seen from Lambeth CCTV camera No.28. All shops need to clear any hoarding & stands from the pavement when they are not open.
