Illegal Parking

The tenant at 9,All Saints Way,West Bromwich,is constantly parking his cars illegally on the public grassed area (know as the green or crescent)This has been going on for a long time, on and off, but is now a permanent problem. He has currently parked an untaxed, red Suzuki, reg N730 CWE. He also parks his Suzuki 4x4 there, which untill very recently, was untaxed for a month.He is damaging the grass, and polluting with oil leaks. He drives over a newly installed kerb, and footpath, to gain access.He repairs his and other peoples cars on the grass, throwing his rubbish where it lands, and leaving it there. The residents who live around the green,and neighbouring area, are fed up with this abuse of our limited green space, and want the council to take action, to put a stop to it, once and for all.
