Parking on double yellow lines

Cars keep parking on the double yellow lines off the corner of a busy junction leading off the dual carrige way on Woodend Avenue, this is very dangerous and will cause an accident, also they are parking on the pavement outside the betting office, please can deal with this. Thankyou

This is still happening, maybe a traffic warden on a regular beat is needed as we only see them during sunny periods!!
