Teenager and motorbikes

A group of teenagers/young men are racing quads and motorbikes up and down the ally way at all hours of the day. They often are drinking alcohol, smashing bottles, littering and shouting at each other. A camera has been set-up on the street due to littering, but I'm sure it could be used to identify these yobs who are ruining our area. I
