Speed bumps needed

For 3 years I have been reporting incidents of young men on scooters racing up and down abercairn road. They do 'wheelies' and are a general menace to pedestrians and other road users. PLEASE INSTALL TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES (speed bumps)
