Raw meat left in a bag at the corner of kerr street. Spoke with one of the local shop owners he said that he believes it came from other shops who sell butcher meat in another area. someone has since cleared the bag away. But the problem still exists for us as a comminity. the smell from the bins which hold the scraps from the lcal butcher shops isn't ideal and we need to look for ideas on how to deal with the smell these bins create.
