Litter

Sent to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council 2 minutes later

Litter which is carried by the wind has been deposited on the grassed area alongside the Brownhill Arms Again this has been reported to and visited by Patrica Taylor but no action seems to have been taken. I am very willing to clear it but support is needed.

no response and no interest in this problem which will be more visible when the foliage dies down.
