Inconsiderate HGV Drivers

I understand that HGV drivers need to rest after driving for a certain amount of time, but they are truly selfish, as when they are rested, they power up their vehicles as speed down old chatham road, causing a great deal of unnecessary noise. This starts from 3am in the morning and is persistent throughout the day. When you are woken out of your sleep by a HGV speeding over bad road it is very frightening. This is a country road and London at night is quieter than this road, also vehicles parking on double yellow line when there is ample space in layby for them to park this photo was taken approx 3.30pm 28/6/10, and is only one example of many

Hgv's still parking on double yellows lines, leaving litter on verge, and thundering down Old Chatham Road, in the eary hours of the morning, there is more noise generated from these vehicles than from the a229
