Over hanging trees

Lots of over hanging trees and branches which are getting dangerously close to damaging the side of my lorry - I understand that this is not a restricted width road.

Road becoming increasingly narrower the whole way up - both farm and garden hedges incroaching

Not yet fixed, becoming worse with more summer growth, esp near the top of the road by the church - road surface is also now poor, impossible to miss holes and edge of road collapse due to hedge encroachment - however, have had email from Highways saying that they are looking in to ownership of hedges and trees - however road repair now needs seeing too
