Redundant litter bin holder

Located at the top of Old Frensham Road, by the Bourne Recreation ground are a salt bin, green wheely bin, and a device for holding the litter bin (possibly). Is this holder still needed? It comes with ugly old bits of concrete which need to be moved (but not by vandals!) Could you tidy this area up, please?

The concrete has been removed and the wheely bin moved to the holder.
