Roads Requiring Resurface

I am a taxpayer and I am horrified at this road that it has been years and not been resurfaced I broke 2 suspension springs recently and I expect more driving on streets like these. It's only a matter of time before kids and cyclists get killed. Urgent action required.

I am ready to start claiming from the council on burst tyres and broken suspensions I think thats what they want if they dont feel like fixing it personally.
