Antisocial behaviour, noise, rubbish, khat

ASB. Groups of men and youths blocking the residential doorways for flat along 1 - 20 Gleneagle Road. Customers of the Somalian Cafes arguing and shouting on the pavement. Blocking pavement access for predestines. Open dealing of Khat from cafes and backs of cars. Rubbish from cafes left in gutter and street.
