Damage to drain cover

Sent to Kent County Council and Maidstone Borough Council 4 minutes later

There is a drain at this location and in the last 24 hours the metal grille cover has been forced off and rubbish has been put into the drain. This is believed to have been done by kids.I am unsure who exactly is responsible for this drain. The location name is Fullers Shaw, Senacre Wood
