Next Doors Trees and Vermin

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council 2 minutes later
We have lived next to my next door neighbours for many years and we get on very well with them. I am 16 and my parents have lived here over 20years. All these years my next door neighbours trees have over hung into our garden dropping berries and leaves into our garden. Also we have 2 cats which seem to find mice in their garden and then bring them into our house. Also, because they just let their garden grow and grow without controlling it, the ivy growing on the fence has now started to break the fence making the gate separating my main garden and the side tilt so we cant close it. Recently I have bought a puppy and I need to use the gate because as it is very hot we like to leave our back door open to let the air in, so when I am in the house I would like to close the gate so I can shut off the main garden so my puppy is safe as she is very small and could fit through a hole in the fence (if she was to find one). Also she has been eating the berries that fall into our garden which could make her ill and I'm sure if a mouse came in our garden she would go after it. I am sure this is a SERIOUS health hazard as we have also found mice in our cupboards at stages. We have complained in the past but know one has taken action and I would very much like this to be sorted as I do not want my puppy put at any risks of getting ill. Also as their garden is LOADED with rubbish there are foxes living in there. I understand that we can not stop foxes from coming in our garden but I'm sure, if they didn't have all the trees and rubbish this would prevent the foxes from sleeping their every night. Also my Nan and Grandad live the other side of my neighbour and I recently saw their garden and it has withered to NOTHING. My Nan quoted "I gave up, their trees have taken over" I would like to hear back from you asap, as I would like this situation to be sorted. Thanks.
