Eyesore plant area could be used for extra disabled car park space

There are 2 eyesore plant areas on charterhouse place. these are almost 6 feet tall, full of weeds. i think that they should be demolished and 2 spaces for parking should be created. it is blocking access to disabled residents to get close to their house.
