Dangerously leaning post

The post on Newhall Street (by the corner with Colmore Row, next to the vacated Coffee Republic shop) has been leaning over for some months; it is a hazard to all pedestrians who could easily bump into it, but it could also cause serious injury to a blind person who would almost certainly find themselves walking into it.
