There is a dustbin at the front of the house on the corner. It has been there for at least 3 years and always has dog mess piled in it from the owners dog. I have never seen it empty

Nothing has happened - the dustbin continues to be use for dog poo and no-one seems to want to fixit

Fix my Street appeared not to progress the matter so I eventually went through to the Environmental health line on 01509 634628 who were very helpful and cleared the matter up in 2 days!!
