Illegal PARKING

Various vehicles mainly CARS now on a DAILY BASIS, ('near' 11, Duxfield Road junction with Holystone Crescent), parking across pathway obstructing Pedestrian (including women pushing prams. Not only do these vehicles park virtually across the whole pathway (some at an angle) they BLOCK VIEW of motorists approaching this junction. The problem IS SERIOUS AND IS HAPPENING ON DAILY BASIS AND CONTINUING TO GET WORSE.The owners of these vehicles are flouting the law, they have no disregard whatsover for pedestrians as outlined.They are blatently OBSTRUCTING both PATH and ROAD. Some of these motorists are believed not to live in the immediate area and apparently work at the D.H.S.S.complex approx one third of a mile away.The problem neeeds POLICE and/or 'Council Parking enforcement' intervention, in order to help at least minimise this acute ongoing parking problem.
