Just outside the Glendale Medical Centre at 155 High Street, Harlington UB3 5DA there is a dip in the gutter which fills with water when it rains. Traffic speeding through this causes water to cascade over the Centre's boundary wall into the disabled car parking area. This has been reported many times - nothing has been done about it. Photos have been sent to the Council.
