Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The Chemist shop has recently aquired a large industrial type wheeled bin. almost ever evening/weekend this is being used by the local children as a plaything. frequently pushing the thing into the road, spilling the contents everywhere. the noise from the squeeling brats is unbearable. i have already had to phone the police. please remove it.

following a further complaint from me i recieved a response on 11th aug from Jack Dudman informing me that he had passed my comments to teh waste and recyling area officer who would contact me within the next 2 working days. Not sure how many days per week this department actually work but it is now 9pm on 19th aug and i still await contact.

No action taken by council, promised phone contact did not happen. another bin added to the problem. this continues to be an anti social pain, with the real threat that parked cars will be damaged or pedestrians injured.
