Deep subsidence to uphill track of Hillway. Danger to small and two wheeled vehicles.

Thanks, the subsidence has simply been filled in with a bucket of tarmacadam! not leveled, not sealed against the future ingress of water. Able to freeze and cause a bigger wider problem for the future. Possible road closeure?
