Untidy Garden

Sent to Newcastle upon Tyne City Council less than a minute later

The Garden of 2 South View West is a constant disgrace, weeds 4 foot high, full of beer cans and a To Let sign strewn in the middle. I believe it is a private landlord.

As it is a private landlord it seems that nothing can be done. I wrote to the landlord over a month ago asking if they or the tenants could clean thier garden. The garden remains a disgrace
