Constant Dog Fouling

I'm fed up with people allowing their dog to mess right down the side of my wall and back gate.

I have two young children and I have no dog of my own. What is worse is there is a very large park 50 yards from here with a dedicated dog area.

We have passed this complaint on to our Animal Welfare Officer to make him aware of the problem.
