Sent to Essex County Council and Colchester Borough Council 1 minute later

2 cars badly scratched at rear on 18/06/10 pm (including mine). Have heard of similar incidents from nearby residents in the past and I have also witnessed youths kicking wing mirrors off parked cars etc. I feel it's appauling just 50 yards from the police station. CCTV is required!!!
