Dog fouling

Once again Goldstone Way (particulary outside number 35) is littered with dog faeces. I have reported this before and stickers have been applied to lamp posts but to no avail. I have cleared it every day this week so far and am sick of clearing it up. I still have no idea who the culprit is as now it seems to be occuring between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.
