It has improved. But we agreed the BINS SHOULD NOT be left outside the bin shed. This encourages lazy council tenants to dump their rubbish next to the outside bin when it's full. THIS CAUSES THE VERMIN PROBLEM. Who knew? I am not sure if anything can be done to stop people flytipping. Perhaps if we had a tip nearby it would help. OH – we did... but now it is closed. Go figure. And please remove the Japanese Knotweed on Battenburg Walk. It has invaded our garden. Sort it out Lambeth.

As I say, don't leave the bins outside. It encourages lazy residents to dump rubbish outside it on the floor when it is full instead of opening the binshed door and putting rubbish in one of those.

I suspect there is nothing we can do about flytipping. The council boys who clean up the area do a grand job, but their task isn't made any easier by there being no nearby tip and a good proportion of lazy, ignorant and malevolent residents.
