Rubbish

I live on number 80 Deganwy Avenue (BB1 8EU) and somebody seems to be dumping their rubbish on the alley way that connects to Deganwy Avenue. I'm very worried about this problem as it may cause rats! We had the same problem last year so i complained to the council and the rubbish did seem to stop but now it has started again. The person that is doing this is treating the alley way as a skip yard tipping things such as huge teddy bears to dirty clothes. Please please could somebody inspect this area on a regular basis and sort this problem out. Jo
