Recycle bins needed

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 10:32, Wed 16 June 2010; the map was not used so pin location may be inaccurate
Sent to Enfield Borough Council 3 minutes later

Please deliver recycle bins to 20 Warwick Road Bounds Green. Please also collect the garden waste that has been left at this address - with no recyle bins this was bagged and has been left by council for 2 months. We have requested 3 times now.

Still not fixed. We now have problems with foxes and rats. This is now a massive issue - please can this be fixed asap.
