Dangerous parking

Numerous lorries parked overnight on pavement and highway causing a hazard for other drivers at rear the of the Mistley Towers. Also witnessed a lorry driver urinating out of his cab door onto the Twl Logistics car park at the rear of residential houses on Mistley Quay:time 8.30pm
