Lack of street lighting

I have noticed that the street lights in the lane outside the air cadets base have not been working for a long time now as my daughter attends the air cadets i am worried about the lack of light in the evening hours and the safety of my child,also cars use this road and cannot see any pedestrians properly and i believe someone will get knocked down,i hope this problem can be rectified as soon as possible .
