Most of the service road gullies between North End and Abbotsbury Gardens are completely blocked causing flooding of the only pedestrian access route to the two car parks

The gullies were cleared promptly (after a decade) but there has been no significant rain since to test the whole system.

One gully, behind Boots the Chemist, is still blocked and contributing to the flooding across the width of the road.

The gulley behind Boots the Chemist is still blocked and the recent rain completely flooded that length of roadway/footpath. Even slow moving cars tend to splash pedestrians.
