Flytipping - litter

Walking across the open space here (The old Bustleholme Quarry off Walsall Road, West Brom)I was disgusted with the amount of dumping that has occurred here and the general amount of litter that has been allowed to accumulate. I have never seen anything like it! I counted 2 gas canisters, several medium size orange containers (I don't know what they are for but one had some kind of yellow hazard symbol on!) a bonnet and door from a car, an old oil drum, bin bags and lots of cones and fencing that workmen have chucked into the bushes after the road works at the Walsall Rd/Beaconview Road junction. This is aside from all of the general litter; including a sea of plastic bags stuck in the bushes and a number of temporary plastic speed limit signs which blew of the traffic lights in high winds.

This needs some cleaning up it is a total disgrace.
