Penguin crossing lights (both sets)

The light in the uprights of the 'belisha beacons' on two of these is not working. Nor is the globe lit in another two. (There are four altogether). Needs fixing as without the light they do not stand out from the distracting background.

three of these lights now working. One still not at all.(the south side)Several people have reported this to the council- to no effect
