Damaged to park fences

The fencing behind the housing of willingdon road that backs onto the recreation ground is damaged and has always been maintained by the council. The fencing has recently been damaged by youths in the park that came through the fence into residents gardens the threatened and verbally abused the elderly residents. This resulted in residents calling the police in fear. WHEN WILL THE COUNCIL ACT IN A RESPONSIBLE AND CARING MANNER AND SPEEDILY RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM BEFORE ANY FURTHER AND MORE SERIOUS INCIDENTS OCCUR. RESIDENTS ARE NOW IN FEAR IN THEIR OWN GARDENS.
