Sent to Kirklees Borough Council 4 minutes later

Every Wednesday an enormous wagon parks on the yellow lines at the corner of Taylor Hall Lane and Old Bank Road. It parks for approximately half an hour between the hours of 11.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. Should you need to take a photograph, please let me know.

Received an e-mail to say that a traffic warden came out on Wednesday 16 June, but did not find the wagon: That day it parked in front of the row of houses on Old Bank Road where there is normally not enough room.

I informed them that if they gave me a telephone number to call when the wagon was there in order to avoid them having to constantly patrol the area I would call them, but haven't heard from them since and the wagon was again there this Wednesday 6 July arriving at 12.45 p.m.

The Company is now sending a small wagon, but it still parks on the double yellow lines for the same length of time. Haven't seen any traffic wardens in the area
