Missing Signs & debris

The grass verge on both sides of the Charleston Fly over (A956) just as you exit the A90 northbound)are in a complete mess - planks of wood, traffic cones, rubbish are littered all up the sliproad. There are lots of metal poles sticking out the ground which look as though they once had road signs attached to them at some point (not anymore). There is also a build up of sand and grit along the kerb which could cause a skid hazard! Very dangerous!
