Garage frequently parks its cars across bicycle Lane ,also there are a large group of adults (estimated ages between 20 -40) who lurk at the front of garage and just generally being offensive to everyone who passes by. Every day from about 4-7 they hang around in a group varying between 3-5 people at a time. The garage owner comes out and displayed identical behaviour and no attempt to keep their behaviour under control. I'm sure this isn't the first time.
