Parking Problems Quarry Street Area

Cars parked actually on the pavement on Quarry Street right outside the Vic. There's a sign on the pub stating: no parking 7am - 7pm. Also single yellow line. No one takes a blind bit of notice. NO TRAFFIC WARDENS seen EVER in Woolton Village area. People park right outside playground on Quarry Street, on single yellow line, with little or no regard for fact there are cars parked, legally, on the other side of street. Large removal van often parked in vicinity blocking access to giveway to The Old Quarry and severely blocking vision of drivers leaving other properties up the street, several near-misses experienced and witnessed. Parking in the Woolton Village area of Quarry Street appalling. Why are there NO traffic wardens in this area? A previous call to Liverpool City Council got the basic response that as the area isn't a high priority area (or 'A' Road) people can pretty much park where they like without fear of traffic wardens attending. Parking in the Quarry Street area is appalling.
