Broken yellow lines in Fountain Drive

On the west side of Fountain Drive, the double yellow lines, that start at the junction with the A212, are broken (just before the speed warning sign), see pictures. This makes it dangerous for cyclists (one of which is me) who are cycling slowly up the hill, intending to turn right into Crystal Palace parade. I am cycling in the right-hand lane, but traffic coming IN to Fountain Drive from the roundabout is forced out over their dotted white line, into my path. See pictures.
