TWO LARGE OIL DRUMS MARKED "QUANTUM" DUMPED ON WEST SIDE OF OLD FRENSHAM ROAD AT END OF TRACK. APPEAR TO BE FULL. COULD BE WASTE OIL. PROBABLY VERY HEAVY. Note: I cannot locate the flag on the correct side of road.

I have been in contact twice with the local authority and indicated my concern that the drums may contain something dangerous or toxic.
